Victor Rodriguez
Accounting Services Manager

Victor M. Rodriguez has a degree in accounting from Middlesex County College, and has been working in accounting for over 20 years. His experience covers various facets of corporate accounting, including Financial Statements, Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Planning, Cost Accounting, etc., and administration support such as Payroll, contracts, information technology, human resources, and such.

Victor’s experience spans manufacturing and service, and has worked at an international organization with more than $5 billion in revenue as well as with small startups. Before moving into the financial arena, Victor worked in Computer Information Systems. Victor is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Felix Zapata
Director of Operations

Felix manages, directs, and implements operations, strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of division’s goals. He closely monitors production sections to increase product quality and decrease cycle time. He ensures that all operations run smoothly and operate efficiently. Felix also assisted new companies with their incorporations, counseled and helped established companies in obtaining minority business certifications and assisted non-profit organizations with their 501c3 tax-exempt status requests. He has more than 16 years in the business and finance industries. Prior to joining BizCentral USA, he served as Senior Account Executive for Countrywide Financial Corporation and Branch Manager for American General Finance Corporation. Felix Zapata holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. He also served as an officer in the United States Army.

Non Profit Services Manager

Experienced in all aspects of nonprofit administration and mission-focused management, including grant writing, resource development, volunteer recruitment, and strategic planning. Worked with local nonprofit organizations to provide grant writing services and development assistance. Has provided evaluation and assessment of the quality and efficiency of volunteer service programs.

Her professional background also includes sales and marketing, fire fighting, and an entrepreneurial endeavor. Jennifer Nelson
Marketing Associate; Business Plan Writer

Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pacific Union College with a Bachelors of Science in Public Relations/Journalism and a Minor in Business. Jennifer was the first communications intern accepted at Hilton Grand Vacations. In addition, Jennifer previously worked with several local nonprofits creating marketing materials such as newsletters, donation letters, and promotional DVDs. Jennifer is currently responsible for writing business plans and marketing plans. She uses her extended knowledge of communication research methods to find high quality industry and demographic information to create cutting-edge plans.

In addition to being formally trained on the administration and operation of public organizations, Katrina has worked hands-on with numerous nonprofit organizations in a capacity-building manner. Her nonprofit experience includes strategic planning, board and volunteer development, grant-writing, program development and event planning. As a Grant Writer, Katrina focuses on assisting agencies with presenting their need for funding in a clear and effective manner while also assisting them with navigating the competitive grant environment. Katrina understands the need for nonprofit organizations to provide vital services to the community and she strives to help these agencies with fulfilling their missions.

Stewart Chalmers

Stewart received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Sport Management from Webber International University.  Also, he is a veteran of the United States Air Force.  He has both retail and marketing experience and has worked in and around the golf industry for several years.  While in college, Stewart worked with the English Department helping students write papers and presentations, was involved with many volunteer activities, and played for the Varsity Golf Team.  He is responsible for business certifications and business plan writing.
