Melanie Swift is experienced in all aspects of non profit administration and mission-focused management; including grant writing, resource development, volunteer recruitment and retention, strategic planning, and IRS tax law compliance for both public and private non profit organizations. Prior to employment at BizCentral USA, she had provided non profits of all sizes and in all stages of their life cycles with strategic management consulting assistance, assisted charities, churches, and other organizations with compliance maintenance in all 50 states, and provided evaluation and assessment of the quality and efficiency of volunteer service programs, in both non profit and government sector organizations. Melanie received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice, as well as a Masters in Non Profit Management from University of Central Florida.

Andy Linke
Non Profit Service Consultant

Andy Linke assists non profits in obtaining 501c3 tax exempt status from the IRS. He is highly experienced in many aspects of non profit management, including: non profit startup, volunteer recruitment and retention, fundraising and mission research. Prior to employment at BizCentral USA, Andy did extensive volunteer work in the non profit sector for over 15 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his English bulldog, Lucy, and watching sports, especially the Detroit Tigers and Michigan Wolverines. Andy received a Bachelor of Science in Public and Non Profit Administration from Grand Valley State University.

Non Profit Service Consultant

Ashley McClure specializes in grant writing for the non profit sector. Using her previous experience, Ashley is able to create high quality grants and create awareness for non profit services and needs. Prior to employment with BizCentral USA, she worked in a variety of positions in the journalism and healthcare field, further developing her editing and writing skills. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys cooking. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Creative and Technical Writing, as well as a Masters in Technical Communication and Editing from USA College.
